Production
Crafting Retail Conversion
From a traditional manufacturer to the ultimate Strategic Partner in Retail Marketing Execution.
Target Audience
We built the strategy around two distinct buyer personas:
- Marketing Managers (The “Peace of Mind” Seekers): Terrified of delays that could ruin product launches. They need the “Wow Factor” but demand zero-risk reliability.
- Procurement & Sustainability Leads (The Efficiency Drivers): Constantly pressured to reduce costs and meet strict ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targets.
Core Pain Points
01
Manufacturing Complexity
Clients are exhausted from managing multiple vendors (agencies, printers, transporters) and need a reliable “all-in-one” partner for design, production, and logistics.
02
The Risk of Delay
With zero tolerance for missed deadlines, managers live in fear that a single delay could ruin an entire product launch.
03
The ESG & Waste Headache
Strict sustainability targets make excess material waste a massive liability for both corporate budgets and carbon footprints.
04
Anonymity Risk
In a crisis, clients feel insecure dealing with outsourced networks, never knowing exactly “who is picking up the phone” to solve the problem.
05
The Budget vs. Quality Trap
Procurement directors are pressured to cut costs but know that cheap execution severely damages the brand’s premium image.
Zero-Risk Reliability
A strict commitment to OTIF delivery, ensuring no launch day surprises
Value Engineering
Protecting client margins by reducing material waste (up to 92% nesting efficiency)
Eco Innovation
Utilizing flat-pack designs and 40-50% recyclable materials to slash logistics and carbon costs
Industrialized Craft
The rare fusion of human silk-screen expertise with millimeter-perfect CNC precision
Brand Design
The Visual Strategy
The objective was to design an imposing, visual signature of “Mechanical Intelligence.” The identity had to command respect, radiate security, and feel premium enough to instantly win the trust of Europe’s top multinational brands.
Avant-Garde Industrial
Inspired by the Constructivism movement, where art meets mechanics, we turned the letter “P” into a bold industrial statement.
The Semiotics of Assembly
We broke the familiar circle from their old logo into a clean hemisphere and paired it with a slanted parallelogram. The disconnected shapes visually represent the physical process of assembly, creating an abstract 3D shape.
The CNC Cut
The negative space between the two blocks mimics a factory stencil or a precise CNC router cut.
The Dynamic Energy
The slant of the parallelogram breaks the static nature of standard logos, injecting a forward-thinking, explosive energy.

The Outcome
Selling Peace of Mind and Retail Conversion
The Production brand no longer merely executes construction blueprints. By treating every project through the lens of Value Engineering and zero-risk reliability, the company now enters boardroom pitches not as a passive factory, but as an authoritative Strategic Advisor who guarantees absolute peace of mind. They successfully transformed from a traditional manufacturer into a premium B2B partner, proving that the ultimate value lies in engineering tools that drive actual retail conversion.
